Certification and Authorization

I certify that all information provided in this Rental Application is accurate, complete, and truthful. I affirm that I have not misrepresented or omitted any details that could influence the landlord’s decision. I understand that any intentional misrepresentation may result in lease cancellation and possible prosecution for fraud under section 380 of the Criminal Code, including potential imprisonment.

I authorize the landlord and its representatives to verify my personal and financial information with employers, financial institutions, previous landlords, credit agencies, and other relevant parties to confirm my financial stability and ability to meet lease obligations. This authorization also permits them to obtain pertinent information from past, present, or future creditors, employers, or collection agencies regarding any debts or judgments.

I further consent to allow Chateau Frass, as my designated personal information agent, to collect and share relevant data with the landlord or their representatives. This consent is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of signing. If a lease is signed, this authorization will extend for three years after lease termination, solely for recovering outstanding rent arrears or other lease-related debts as mandated.
